Refund Policy

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This policy covers Loopin Mastering Unlimited, the paid subscription for the online mastering tool at onloopin.com/mastering. It does not cover the Loopin iOS app, whose purchases are made through Apple and refunded under Apple’s policy — see our Terms.

1. Who you are buying from

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for Loopin Mastering Unlimited. Paddle takes the payment, handles any sales tax or VAT, issues your invoice, and processes refunds on our behalf. Your card statement will show Paddle, not Loopin.

2. The 14-day right to change your mind

If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU, or anywhere else with an equivalent statutory right, you may cancel within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund. You do not have to give a reason. Contact us or Paddle and we will arrange it.

Because the service is delivered immediately, we may make a proportionate deduction for downloads already taken during that period — but in practice, for a first subscription, we refund in full and do not quibble about it.

3. Outside the 14 days

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because the service was available to you throughout it. That said, we would rather have a fair outcome than a strict one. Write to us if:

  • you were charged after cancelling
  • you were charged twice for the same period
  • the tool did not work for you and we could not fix it
  • you subscribed by mistake and have not used the downloads

We will refund in all of those cases. Paddle may also issue a refund at its own discretion.

4. Cancelling

Cancel any time from Plan & billing in your account menu on the mastering tool, which opens Paddle’s customer portal. You can also cancel from the link in any Paddle receipt.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund. When you cancel, you keep unlimited downloads for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. Your account then returns to the free allowance — it is never closed, and nothing you have already downloaded is affected. Mastering, previewing and re-mastering stay free and unlimited either way.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for while Paddle retries. A card that expires does not cost you a master you were in the middle of.

6. How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. How quickly it then appears is up to your bank, and is usually a further three to five working days.

7. How to ask

Email support@onloopin.com with the email address you subscribed with, and the Paddle receipt or transaction ID if you have it. We aim to reply within two working days. You can also raise it directly with Paddle through paddle.net, their buyer support site.

If we cannot resolve something between us, this does not affect your statutory rights.
