## Frequently asked

### Do I need an account to use Loopin?

No. Loopin has no sign-in. You can open the app and start a song straight away — nothing to register, no password to remember.

### Where are my songs stored?

Everything lives on your device: your beats, takes, lyrics, notes and song details. You can browse the audio any time in **Files → Loopin**. If you turn on iCloud sync, your library syncs through your own private iCloud — we never see it.

### How do I import a beat?

Use the share sheet from another app (Files, Voice Memos, Downloads, Dropbox) and pick **Loopin**, or add a track from inside a song. The beat is copied into the song so it's ready to loop while you write and record.

### How do recordings and takes work?

Open a song and tap **Record a Take** (mic only) or **Record over Beat** to capture vocals on top of the track. Every take is saved with the song, so nothing ends up lost in Voice Memos.

### What's in Loopin Pro?

Loopin is free to start. Pro unlocks the full workspace and is a one-time or yearly purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase. To restore Pro on a new device, open **Settings → Restore Purchases**. Billing is handled entirely by Apple — manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscriptions.

### How do I back up or move my library?

Go to **Settings → Export library** to save a .loopinbackup archive of everything. Keep it somewhere safe, or use it to move your songs to a new phone.

### Can I get a song out of Loopin?

Yes. Share or export a take from the song's menu to send a teaser, hand a demo to a collaborator, or pull audio into a full DAW to finish the mix.

### I lost a song / the app is misbehaving

First, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store and restart the app. If something's still wrong, email [support@onloopin.com](mailto:support@onloopin.com) with your device model, iOS version, and what happened — the more detail, the faster we can help.
